Living Free Together - Battle Buddy Training - F.  I . T . (Mentally Fit with the Intent to Thrive)

This program invites you to join us for a night of understanding the importance of self-care in maintaining good mental health & supportive relationships.

Participants will further develop their understanding and skills related to supporting high risk duty service members, veterans, and first responders 

Kombucha Workshop with Derek Funk followed by a life skill building session with Dr. Dan Elash.

F. I.T. is open to active duty military, former military, veterans, first responders, & any adult interested in helping prevent service member suicide.  

Snacks will be provided.  

April 16th, 2024, 6:30pm - 8:00pm, at The Virginia Employment Commission Innovation Center, 943 Glenwood Station Lane, Charlottesville, VA.
