Attention Hunters and Cooks of wild and free range game. The Madison American Legion Post 157 is hosting Gourmet Mtn Man Clif’s Wild Game Cooking Classes March 29th and April 19th, 6 pm - 7:30 pm. Gourmet Chef Clif Lewin has hunted, fished, and prepared delicious meals for more than 45 years. Now for the first time he is sharing some of his secrets. This is a demonstration course that will cover from field and stream to table techniques. Recipes are prepared and shared, so come a little hungry. Classes are held in the teaching kitchen at 2 South Main Street, Madison. Cost: $15 per class, plus a $5 one time ingredient fee. Space is Limited.
