Have you been curious about Qi Gong? Join us for an introductory class to this ancient Chinese health care system that integrates postures, movements, breathing and focused intention. This low impact exercise can be practiced by all ages and fitness levels. This class is presented in partnership with UVA’s Contemplative Sciences Center and taught by Geoff Cox who has been practicing Qi Gong since 2004.
