Rockfish Valley Foundation presents Old Wintergreen Day
Sunday, October 15, 11:00-4: behind the museum at 1368 Rockfish Valley Highway at 1516 Glenthorne Loop.
Featuring exhibit crafts, music, speakers and food truck! Special Plein Air Painting exhibit and sale! Raffles for a one hour ride for 10 people on an antique firetruck and a glider rider for one over the Rockfish Valley. History and culture of old Wintergreen, the Rockfish Valley and Nelson County. Trails to walk. Natural history center open featuring dinosaur bone, taxidermy of all local animals, exhibits on water , rocks, plants and animals. Children camp area. Shop.
