Certified Yoga Instructor from the Integral School of Yoga (Coimbatore-India). Teaching Yoga since 1997 both in India and now in the USA. Certified in a Yoga Therapy Training Program at the Prashnathi Kuteeram (Vivekanada Yoga Research Foundation/Banglore- India).
My classes are a gentle meditative style of Hatha yoga in the tradition that has formed my personal practice from India. Focus of my classes being, starting with posture practice and transitioning to deeper layers within, by the way of deep relaxation, breathing practices and concluding with a meditation practice.
By practicing Yoga we develop a easeful body, peaceful mind and a useful life.
