Join us on Saturday, June 3, at 10:00 a.m. as we explore the watershed along the Highland Rustic Trails with representatives from the Thomas Jefferson Soil & Water Conservation District. We’ll hike to a small stream and identify the plants and animals we see in and around the water. We will get wet and dirty, so dress for an outdoor adventure! Please wear close-toed shoes and bring insect repellent and a water bottle. The Highland Rustic Trails are not ideal for strollers.
This program FREE, open to the public, and is recommended for families with children aged 8 to 11 years old. Registration is required. Please email education@highland.org to register.
