Dance, Fitness, Fun!

Class begins with 45 minutes of dance fitness provided by certified instructors. Enjoy a great mix of pop, Latin, and African music. Each week we will finish with 15 minutes of wellness discussion centered on a different topic; this is intended to be a true discussion, not a lecture, so come prepared with questions! Topics include: benefits of exercise (10/14), making healthy habits (10/21), nutrition (10/28), insulin resistance and diabetes (11/4), emotional and social wellbeing (11/11), and goal setting for healthy living (11/18). All ability and experience levels are welcome to join us for lighthearted and FUN dance fitness! This virtual program can be accessed both by Zoom online and by a toll-free phone number.
