Bollywood dance-fitness program that combines dance choreography with the music from Bollywood. Inspired by my love for dance and craze for Bollywood music numbers, why not combine dance with exercise and make it a fun way to work out!:)
Will be a 45-minute cardio workout, between changing intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and having fun at the same time. This workout not only tones your entire body but also burns serious calories.
Great way to release the stress hormones from the body and make you feel light and happy.
No prior dance experience is required – just a positive attitude and the desire to fun!!
Wear comfortable work out clothes, we will be dancing without shoes.
Bring water & hand towel.
