Roger DePue is a 21-year FBI veteran, where he pioneered and served as Unit Chief for the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Academy. He was the advisor of author Thomas Harris for his book Red Dragon, and is co-author of the book Between Good and Evil: A Master Profiler's Hunt for Society's Most Violent Predators. Dr. DePue was heavily consulted for production of The Silence of the Lambs. He also served on the panel investigating the Virginia Tech shooting and its handling by the university. His career includes service as a police chief, a SWAT team member, and founder of the noted forensics think tank The Academy Group.
