Nonprofit Event Promotion

CVilleCalendar.com was founded in an effort to better promote events and activities in Charlottesville. There are two ways you can do this.

1. Post your events on our community-wide events calendar.

• This is a free service to all Charlottesville nonprofit and government organizations.
• Events are posted on our community-wide events calendar and included in a weekly email newsletter.
• Event postings are easy to manage with our online submission tools.

2. Sponsor a "Special Events" emailing to our database of Charlottesville Residents

• Want to exclusively promote your event? Send a "Special Event" email to all recipients of our newsletter. Your event will be the focus of the communication and the only event promoted.
•  Reservations are first come first serve.
• The cost of this service is $125 per "Special Event" email.
