Come on out for a game of co-ed Ultimate Frisbee! All levels welcome. Ultimate is an exciting sport played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as soccer, basketball, American football and netball into a simple yet fascinating and demanding game.
For those of you who have never played ultimate, it is a very fun non-contact sport, with simple rules. The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone, similar to an end zone in American football or rugby. Players may not run while holding the disc.

Cost: OASC does not make any money on any of the activities. Many activities are free; for those in which the club Leader incurs an expense to run the event, there is a fee to cover that expense (for example, a hike in the mountains typically costs $2 to $5 so the Leader has gas money to give to the carpool drivers). The participation fee for this particular adventure is FREE; it includes: volleyball, a First Aid- and CPR-certified experienced guide, first aid kit, and more. OASC Membership is required to attend, as we continue to build a community of outdoorsy people with similar interests and values.
