Description:

These two timeless Charlie Chaplin films have audiences of all ages smiling and laughing for decades. In "Shoulder Arms" (1918), Charlie is a boot camp private who has a dream of being a hero who goes on a daring mission behind enemy lines. In "The Kid" (1921), The Tramp cares for an abandoned child, but events put that relationship in jeopardy. As the opening title reads "A comedy with a smileand perhaps a tear."
