Description:
On March 16 at 12 pm, Judith Ryan, senior curator of Indigenous art at the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia, will give a Lunchtime Talk on four paintings from the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection currently installed in the Museum. Three of the works are monumental bark paintings from Yirrkala in northeast Arnhem Land commissioned by John Kluge in 1996. The fourth is a large canvas painted by the late Emily Kame Kngwarreye of Utopia in the Northern Territory.

Lunchtime Talks are free and open to the public.
