Become a Jefferson Insider and Impress Your Out of Town Guests
Jefferson & Monticello, a noncredit lecture series at the University of Virginia, explores Thomas Jefferson’s life, work, home, and hobbies. Each week a Monticello scholar shares knowledge, insight, and research on their area of expertise, from Jefferson’s politics, to his gardens, collections, and more. A highlight of the course is a special spring evening on the mountaintop, which includes a special after-hours tour of Monticello (including rooms not normally open to the public) and a reception on the North Terrace. Eight Mondays, March 15-May 3, 7-9pm. $190. Early registration recommended. Call (434) 982-2779 or email scps-uc@virginia.edu for registration forms.
