Grant Wiggins, narrator of A Lesson Before Dying, teaches at a segregated school in Louisiana. This exhibit was originally created by the Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society to mark the 40th anniversary of the year that the Cville City Schools closed rather than integrate.
