Books Readers Can't Put Down

Location:

Community-Wide

Event Type(s): Lecture / Workshop, Literary
Organization: WriterHouse
Description: All stories, whether you are amusing your friends at a picnic or entertaining family at a reunion, are made up of a beginning, middle, and end. How to know where to start, what your middle should look like, and when to finish is the stuff of best sellers and great stories. Once you understand structure, cohesion, and the most compelling way to tell your story, you can move forward with confidence. This class will work through the difference between story, plot, and how to create the kind of tale that readers can’t put down. Come ready to write. This will be the class that clarifies story telling in a way that can reduce rewrites and build a final project you are proud of.
